PROPERTY PLAN BOOK ENHANCEMENTS

CONSTANTLY IMPROVING SERVICES

In July 2008, we sent out an e-survey to our clients in order to get specific information on how we can improve our Property Plan Books and the support surrounding this important tool.

Based on the responses we received, we have started to make some changes to new Property Plan Books. We now include an informational “How to Read Your Plan Book” sheet which breaks down a multi-tenant floor plans using call-out boxes to explain the information shown on the plan.

Remember to inform your contact at RDM with any changes to your portfolio as the changes occur. This makes it easier to update your Property Plan Books, cuts back on the time you need to review, and helps to make sure no information is forgotten
