RDM’S selected by REIT for VEGAS project

By Ryan Green

Las VegasBehringer Harvard retained RDM once again to further analyze potential growth and ROI within their portfolio. This time the focus was on the newly acquired Bank of America Plaza building in downtown Las Vegas.

Our very own project techs, Vermon Francis and Ronaldo Valenzuela, touched down in sunny Las Vegas ready to get the job done.

While NYC and LV are “cities that never sleep” there are many differences in the way they handle real estate. The architecture in Vegas is a sharp contrast to the skyscrapers jutting out of the island of Manhattan. Through on-site survey work, the team was able to determine that the building was measured with BOMA 80 guidelines; re-measuring the building using BOMA 96 opened up an opportunity for building growth and increased revenue stream moving forward.
Behringer Harvard plans on re-evaluating their entire REIT FUND I based on these findings.

Ronaldo mentioned that building personnel were in constant communication for problem solving which was extremely helpful.
This project was a great success due to our global knowledge and experience in markets nationwide.

Our ability to service Behringer Harvard and other clients in any market is an extremely valuable part of our platform.
